What the service covers

The service covers crawling your site, deriving your brand profile, suggesting topics, producing content, preparing technical files, measuring AI visibility and periodic reporting.

Content is submitted for your approval before it goes live. Nothing you have not approved is published.

Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your account details.
• The information you give us must be accurate and current.
• Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
• One plan covers one site. A separate subscription is needed for another domain.

Authority to connect a site

By connecting a domain you confirm that you are authorised over that site. If you connect a site you are not authorised over, the resulting liability is yours.

Ownership of content

The content produced for you and approved by you is yours. You may use, edit and publish it wherever you like.

When your subscription ends your published content stays available. What stops is new production and the tools; we do not take back a service already delivered.

The software, infrastructure, crawling and generation systems behind the service remain ours; you are granted the right to use them, not the systems themselves.

Licence and usage limits

The licence key issued to you is valid only on your registered domain and cannot be transferred.

• Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the service is prohibited.
• Sharing your licence key or using it on another domain is prohibited.
• Automated requests that overload the system or exceed normal usage limits are prohibited.

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to produce unlawful, misleading, hateful, rights infringing or adult content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where such use is found.

About AI generated content

Content is produced with AI. AI can make mistakes and can present outdated or incorrect information. That is why every piece is submitted for your approval first.

Because you approve it, responsibility for published content rests with you. We recommend reading content carefully before publishing, especially in health, legal and financial subjects.

Payment and subscription

Prices are those shown for your chosen plan and include VAT unless stated otherwise. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until you cancel.

If payment fails your account may be suspended. Cancellation and withdrawal rights are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

Availability

We work to keep the service running without interruption, but maintenance, updates or causes outside our control may lead to temporary outages. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Limit of liability

We are liable for damage arising from our own fault. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

No outcome is guaranteed for search ranking, traffic or being named in AI answers. Those depend on decisions made by systems outside our control.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the service is operated. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration bodies is reserved.
